Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
a) We offer free shipping for orders of $75 up.
b) Below order of $75 and International Orders Shipping, charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
c) We shipped all packages via USPS. For domestic orders, estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days while International orders, estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.
d) Once we ship your order, you will be notified via email for the tracking number of your package.

PLEASE NOTE

You can select upon check out whether you want your package to be insured or not. Insurance fee will be shouldered by the customers. Please be reminded that if package is lost or damaged, only insured packages will get a full refund. No refund for uninsured package. Once shipped, any lost or damaged uninsured package is no longer our responsibility.

DELIVERY POLICY
​
1) Any period or date for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. It is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. In any case, delivery will be made within 15-30 days after the date we accept your order.
If there are delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, carrier or third party then BEAUTEDERM UNITED STATES will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and, provided we do this, we will not be liable for such delays. If there is a substantial cause of delay you may end the contract and will be entitled to a full refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
2) For International Orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches the destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount, hence, you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
3) You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations to the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.
4) If BEAUTEDERM UNITED STATES deliver your products late as at an end in any of the following circumstances: we have refused to deliver the goods; if the delivery within the deadline was essential (taking into account all relevant circumstances), or if you told us before the order was accepted that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential. If you do not want to end the order, you can set another delivery deadline (which must be reasonable) and end the order if we don't meet the new order deadline. Otherwise, you can cancel the order and we will refund any amounts paid for the products and delivery.
Where products have been delivered, you must return them back to BEAUTEDERM UNITED STATES at the address found in our website and we will refund the costs of such return. NO RETURN OF PACKAGE NO REFUND.

PASSING OF RISK
1) Customers will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order. We accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid address and/or fails to collect Order from the delivery address specified following our reasonable efforts to contact you to deal with this.
2) In the event of an order being lost by a third party which has either been authorized by you to accept the products or a courier commissioned by the customer to deliver the products, we bear no risk once it has been delivered to them.
3) Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for (provided they are signed for by the customer or a person identified as authorized by you). If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign the goods (for the avoidance of doubt, for the parcel does not affect your rights of return).
